ABSTRACT

This research work is a case study conducted in order to determine the impact of cooperative financing agency in an organization. the Nigeria agricultural cooperative and rural development bank, Bida branch was used as the focus of the study.

The instrument used to source data was questionnaire administered among financing in NACRDB. A total of 100 questionnaires were served while only 70 were collected and analyzed. It is from this number received that generalization used based.

The outcome of this research work is that there are effects on financing agency in organization. The effects were more positive than otherwise. Hence, given credit or loans to members or small-scale farmers will increase efficiency in productivity of the small-scale farmers. This is because as a result of issuing credit or loan to other society it will increase the standard of living of the organization.

Lastly, assisting other society especially the agricultural cooperative society is one of the motive factors to financing agency because it improves the standard of productivity in the organization.
